The Department of Electrical and Electronics organized a workshop on 20.08.2016 on “Advanced Automation” for all II,III and IV year students of EEE department. “Technologics , Bangalore” conducted the workshop. The venture was utilized to sign a MoU between JCT Institutions and Technologics, Bangalore.
Our institution is most benefited by the MoU. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) describes a bilateral or multilateral agreement between two or more institutions. The MoU is signed and extended with the objectives of using and strengthening better industry-academic linkages for mutual benefit. The industry shall give due preference to the students of JCTCET for all their recruitment needs such as temporary, apprenticeship, semi permanent and permanent arising during the period of MoU. Students are trained by the company and company ensures the placement of the students. The MoU signed company takes the responsibility of the students for their placement.
Technologics Pvt Ltd, Bangalore is one of the training wings of “ARABIAN CONTROLS” a master in INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION & BMS for past 2 decades in QATAR. In INDIA they introduce the INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION & BMS, also ADVANCE EMBEDDED SYSTEMS, LabVIEW, MATLAB, and Device Driver under a single roof in “TECHNOLOGICS” Bangalore. They are also a member of International Society for Automation. They work on projects & solutions related to Industrial Automation & BMS.
Prof.V.Jethose (HoD-EEE) welcomed the chief guest and the gathering. Mr.G.Jayaprakash (Corporate Relationship Manager) delivered the key note address and Dr.G.Ramesh (Principal – JCTCET) delivered the presidential address.
Mr. Harish Ravi was the resource person from Technologics pvt ltd. He explained about the advancement in industrial automation and their applications. 102 students and all the staffs of EEE department attended the workshop. The workshop was effective and students were benefited largely.
