Redressal Mechanism for Faculty, Staff and Students
Suggestion Box is provided in the main building and grievance record placed at registry in the college (including the Library and Hostels) for the students / staff to air their grievances. The complaints from the stake holders will be received by the Registry and it will be sent to the Ombudsman which will be appointed by Anna University for necessary actions. The copy of the complaints will be sent to our Institution management for necessary action. The registry regularly attend to these on daily basis there is Complaint cum Redressal Committee (as below), to whom they can contact and inform of their Grievances.
