Program Overview
JCT College of Engineering and Technology organized an enlightening awareness program on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) with the objective of creating greater awareness about women's health and wellbeing.
The session was conducted at the Seminar Hall and brought together girl students and Women Cell coordinators from various departments. The program provided participants with an opportunity to understand PCOS, recognize its symptoms and learn about healthy lifestyle practices that can support effective management.
Objective of the Program
The awareness program aimed to educate students about PCOS, menstrual health and the importance of early awareness. The session focused on helping participants better understand common symptoms, contributing factors and the importance of seeking appropriate medical guidance when required.
The program also encouraged students to recognize the role of balanced nutrition, physical activity, healthy weight management and stress reduction in supporting overall health and wellbeing.
