Graduation Day Overview
JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Pichanur, Coimbatore, celebrated its 12th Graduation Day on 12 April 2026 at the college auditorium. The ceremony commenced at 10:30 AM and brought together graduates, faculty members, dignitaries and members of the institution to celebrate an important milestone in the students' academic journey.
The occasion recognized the academic accomplishments of both undergraduate and postgraduate students while encouraging graduates to confidently embrace the opportunities and challenges of their professional lives.
Opening of the Graduation Ceremony
Following the academic procession, the formal ceremony commenced with the traditional Tamil Thai Vazhthu.
Thiru R. Durga Shankar, Secretary/Trustee, JCT Institutions, formally declared the 12th Graduation Day ceremony open, marking the commencement of the proceedings.
Dr. S. Manoharan, Principal, JCT College of Engineering and Technology, welcomed the gathering and presented the 12th Graduation Day Report, highlighting the institution's progress, academic accomplishments and significant achievements.

Graduation Day Address
In his Graduation Day address, Dr. S. K. Patnaik congratulated the graduates and appreciated the management and faculty members of JCT College of Engineering and Technology for the institution's continued progress.
He particularly appreciated the institution for achieving prestigious national accreditations such as NAAC and NBA within a relatively short period since its establishment in 2009. He recognized the institution's contribution to education and society during its 17-year journey.
An Inspiring Message to the Graduates
Addressing the graduating students, the Chief Guest described the future as an environment filled with known paths, unknown paths and paths of opportunity. He encouraged graduates to remain open to new possibilities and continuously develop their knowledge and capabilities.

Conferment of Degree Certificates
One of the most significant moments of the ceremony was the distribution of degree certificates. The Chief Guest, Dr. S. K. Patnaik, presented degree certificates to the graduating students in recognition of their successful completion of their academic programs.
