The Department of Training and Placement organized an On-campus Drive on 19.10.2016 for all final year students of our College. UNNATI, Gujarat hosted the campus drive.
UNNATI is a voluntary non-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act (1860) in 1990. Their aim is to promote social inclusion and democratic governance so that the vulnerable sections of society are empowered to effectively and decisively participate in mainstream development and decision making processes. It is an issue based, strategic educational support organization working in Western India with people’s collectives, NGOs, elected representatives in local governance and the government. Collaborative research, public education, advocacy, direct field level mobilisation and implementation with multiple stakeholders are the key instruments of thier work. The interventions span from the grassroots level to policy level environment in ensuring basic rights of citizens. In this, inspiration is drawn from the struggles of the vulnerable and strength from thier partners. Presently, all the activities are organised around the following programme centres.
Dr. G. Ramesh (Principal) welcomed the HR team and the gathering. Prof.V.Jethose (Head – Training and Placements) delivered the key note address and Mr.G.Jayaprakash (Corporate Relationship Manager) explained the selection process.
35 students were scrutinized for attending this drive. After two levels on selection process 8 students got selected. The Principal and Management congratulated the selected candidates and thanked the recruitment team.
