In our JCT Polytechnic College EEE Department conducted theInauguration of EEE Department Association on 21st August 2017 in the auspicious presence of theChief Guest Thiru.M.Senthil Kumar,B.E,BOE, Deputy Manager (Electrical), ACC Cement Works(P) Limited, Madukkarai, Coimbatore.
The Function has been started on 11.00 am and the Prayer song is sang byThiru.K.Ashok Kumar,Lect/EEE. The welcome address was delivered by Thirumathi.S.Suganya and the function was symbolically inaugurated by lighting the Kuthuvilakku by the Chief Guest and other dias guests.
In that function, the office bearers Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Cocordiantors for EEE Department Association were selected. The association coordinatorThiru.K.Ashok Kumar, Lect/EEE.After that presidential address is delivered by theProf.A.Sakthivel, HoD/EEE.
The chief guest was introduced bySelvi.S.Priya, Lect/EEE.The Principal of JCT Polytechnic College Prof.R.Manoharan felicitated the gathering and presented a memento to the honorable Chief Guest.
Then the honorable Chief Guest delivered lecture to the gathering on the topic”The Power Plant in Cement Industries” and it was really helpful for the students. Thiru .V.Mohan Kumar, Lect/EEE proposed vote of thanks.
In the afternoon session, 3rd year EEE students conducted a Mini Project Exhibition. About 22 Mini Projects were presented. Students of Polytechnic of various branches and EEE Department of Engineering College visited the exhibition (Nearly 400 Students).
