The Department of Training and Placement organized an On-campus Drive on 09.1.2017 for polytechnic final year students of our College. TVS Training & Services, Chennai hosted the campus drive.
TVS TS undertakes industrial training for personnel at entry level, to operators and supervisors. Training is imparted in technical and managerial subjects, which enhance the skill sets of the personnel enabling them to perform better in their jobs and contribute to productivity.
TVS TS also offers industrial and vocational programs that will enable a candidate to seek employment on completion of the program. For such courses TVS TS will provide assistance for placement of the candidates. The Training facilities are very well equipped and workshops and laboratories that offer candidates maximum state-of-art-practical training. The faculty is both, well experienced in terms of industrial hands-on skills and updated in terms of academic knowledge.
Prof.V.Jethose (Head – Training and Placements) welcomed the HR team and the gathering. Prof.S.K.Siva kumar (Principal JCT Polytechnic College) delivered the key note address and TVS TS (HR Manager)explained the selection process.
70 students were scrutinized for attending this drive. After two levels on selection process 8 students got selected. The Principal and Management congratulated the selected candidates and thanked the recruitment team.
