Our Personality and Career Development Program was started by 9.30am on 19.08.2017 in the seminar hall of Engineering campus. The Program started with Prayer song. Thirumathi.Amala Jersi Rani ,HOD/S&H welcomed the gathering. Prof.A.Sakthivel, Principal (I/C) of JCT Polytechnic College, First year HOD, Program Organizers Thiru.M.Krishna Prabhu and Dr.RA.lavanyasri inaugurated our program with lighting the kuthuvilaku.Then the Presidential address was given by our respected Principal (I/C) Mr.A.Sakthivel. Thiru.M.Krishna Prabhu and Dr.R.A.Lavanyasri gave us a wonderful session about the importance of Personality and Career Development Training and value of team work. He also included short stories, Power Point Presentation, fun games and motivated our students. Then he also explained the importance of the Behavior of Skills, Vision and Mission and Study Skills. Thirumathi.P. Mangayarkarasi, Lecturer/Chemistry gave the vote of thanks. Then our function ended with National Anthem
