On behalf of our JCT institutions, JCT Polytechnic College conducted a two day Faculty Development Programme for Polytechnic Staff on December 4th and 5th of 2017. On the first day, the programme began with Tamilthai Vazhthu. Mrs. Amala Jersi Rani, HOD/S&H welcomed gathering. Prof.R.Manoharan, Principal presided over the function.
The Chief Guest, Dr.John Michael, Dean, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore delivered guest address and gave a motivational, interactive lecture for the faculties. He explained about how to handle the students without getting anger.Finally, Prof.Satish Babu, Vice Principal proposed the vote of thanks.
In the afternoon session, Prof.R.Manoharan, Principal addressed the faculties about preparation, delivery and techniques adopted in Teaching Learning Processes.
In the second day, all the faculties of all departments presented a topic in their handling subjects. Finally Prof. R.Manoharan, Principal concluded the programme.
