Webinar on “APPLICATION OF COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN & MANUFACTURING”

On behalf of the Mechanical Engineering department a webinar program was been conducted for the students of Mechanical department on 12-04-2021.On the topic of “APPLICATION OF COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN & MANUFACTURING” In presence of Mr.KARTHIKUMRAN G, Director, GASIMUKA ENGINEERING SERVICES, Dindugal as the chief guest in honour. Welcome address was given by Mr. RAFFEK A, Lecturer and followed up with the guest lecture, Covering the topics in application of computer aided design & manufacturing in different software used pipe industries , automobile industries & manufacturing industries etc The various software involved in design software like AUTOCAD,CATIA,SOLIDWORKS,UNI GRAPHICS & Manufacturing software like CNC.VMC operating software So the students were able to gain the outline knowledge on the current software used &need of industries in design field and manufacturing software their outputs. Followed up with question and answer session, were the students were able to clear their doubts in design software & operating software. And concluding with the vote of thanks from Mr.BALAJI.Lecturer This webinar program was been a success with the presence of 86 students, 7 faculties, Hod and the Chief Guest
