The Training and Placement Cell of JCT College of Engineering and Technology organized an On-Campus Recruitment Drive on 16.09.2025 in collaboration with Test Series Pro, an innovative EdTech platform providing high-quality test preparation solutions across competitive exams such as Engineering, Medical, Railways, Banking, and more. With partnerships spanning colleges, corporates, and affiliate networks, Test Series Pro empowers students and professionals with cutting-edge test series, learning tools, and result-oriented preparation strategies. Final-year students from the Departments of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Business Systems, and Electronics and Communication Engineering participated in the drive. The recruitment team, including the CEO and HR executives of Test Series Pro, visited the campus to conduct the selection process.

The program began with a welcome address by Dr.S.Manoharan, Principal of JCT College of Engineering and Technology, followed by a pre-placement talk delivered by the CEO of Test Series Pro. The HR and Talent Acquisition team then provided details about the nature of work, job roles, workplace culture, career prospects, work locations, and the stages of the interview process.

The selection procedure comprised multiple stages, including a screening test, group discussion, technical interview, and HR interview. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. V. Jethose, Director – Training and Placements, acknowledging the efforts of the visiting team and the enthusiasm of the participating students.

A total of 261 students took part in the recruitment drive, and 15 students successfully cleared all rounds to receive their offer letters for roles such as Business Development, HR, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Tele calling, WordPress Development, and UI/UX Design. The Management, Principal, and Training and Placement Team of JCT College congratulated the selected candidates and expressed their sincere gratitude to the Test Series Pro recruitment team for their support and collaboration in making the drive a success.
