The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems at JCT College of Engineering and Technology organized “CSI Inaugural Function &Seminar on Future in AI and Cyber Security”on 18.2.2026. The main objective of this program is to enhance the knowledge of our students in our college.

This event started with a welcome address from Prof. K. Malarvizhi, Head of Computer Science and Business Systems, who emphasized the importance of Future of AI and Cyber Security. Dr. S. Manoharan, Principal of JCT college of Engineering and Technology, delivered the keynote speech, highlighting the importance of AI and Cyber Security.

The Chief Guest of this function is Dr.VenkatesanLakshminarasimhan, Honarary Chairman, Computer Society of India; Coimbatore Region inaugurated the CSI student chapter in our College. He also presentedthe Seminar on Future trends in AI and Cyber Security. AI&DS, CSBS and CSE Faculty members and students were participatedin this event.

The event was coordinated by Prof. R.Bhuvaneswari, Assistant Professor, Dept of CSBS who ensured its smooth execution and successful conduct of this event. Prof. R.Bhuvaneswari, Assistant Professor, Department of CSBS concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing deep appreciation for the resource person, organizers, and participants for their valuable contributions and efforts.
