The Women Empowerment, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH), and Higher Education and Career Guidance cell of JCT College of Engineering and Technology jointly organized one-day seminar on "Work Ethics & Global Opportunities" at JCT Seminar Hall on 25 Feb, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Our Principal, Dr. S. Manoharan welcomed the gathering and also felicitated the chief guest. He emphasized the importance of ethical conduct, discipline and continuous skill development in achieving professional excellence in today's competitive global environment.

The chief guest and resource person, Mrs. Thenmozhi Rajaram, Managing Trustee of Sakthiram Foundation, Coimbatore, delivered an insightful and inspiring session for Final year students in the morning session. She elaborated on the importance of workplace ethics; professional integrity and the role of women empowerment in shaping a progressive society. She also highlighted the various higher education opportunities available abroad and explained how students can prepare themselves to compete in the international job market. In afternoon session she addressed housekeeping staffs, security persons, Drivers and insisted them about their responsibilities and how efficiently it must be done for smooth daily operations in a college.The event was co-ordinated by Mrs. Vedha Vinodha, Dr. G. Gnanavel and Mrs. S.Roopa.More than 200 students both boys and girls and 55 supporting staffs got benefitted through this program.
