FDP ON “INSTRUCTIONAL MODEL FOR OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION” CONDUCTED FROM 04TH JUNE TO 09TH JUNE 2018 ORGANIZED BY JCT CET IN ASSOCIATION WITH NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNICAL TEACHERS’ TRAINING AND RESEARCH (NITTTR), CHENNAI

One week Faculty Development Programme on “INSTRUCTIONAL MODEL FOR OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION” was organized by the JCT college of Engineering and Technology from 4th June to 9th June, 2018. All the sessions were handled by eminent speakers Dr.T.Gnana Sambanthan, Professor/CSE and Dr. P. Sivasankar, Assistant Professor/EEE from National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chennai. The FDP programme received an overwhelming response with 52 participants from various departments like Civil, CSE, ECE, EEE, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Science& humanities and Principal, Director.

The FDP aimed to provide opportunities to faculty members to enrich their teaching skill and research. The programme was also planned to expose the last decade important changes in the instructional design, preparation of high-quality teaching materials, and in the development of quality delivery and assessment mechanisms conducive to the enhancement of the teaching –learning process.
