The Training and Placement Cell of JCT College of Engineering and Technology organized a Pool Campus Drive on 26.02.2025, with [24]7.ai –Bangalore participating in the event. Approximately 640 eligible students from over 45 institutions across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh registered for the drive.

[24]7.ai is an AI-driven technology company specializing in customer engagement solutions to improve customer experiences. Founded in 2000, the company provides services such as chat bots, virtual assistants, and customer support automation, helping businesses boost efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver personalized, seamless interactions across various channels. Leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and analytics, the company offers real-time insights and automated customer service. It serves clients in diverse industries, including retail, banking, telecom, and healthcare, and operates globally with a focus on delivering comprehensive AI solutions.

The interview process kicked off with a welcome address by Dr. S. Manoharan, Principal of JCT College of Engineering and Technology. A pre-placement session was conducted by a Senior HR Executive from [24]7.ai, who discussed the company’s work culture, job locations, and various career opportunities, including promotion pathways and employee benefits. Dr. V. Jethose, Director of Training and Placements, delivered the vote of thanks.

The interview process began with initial registration on the company portal, followed by a screening test for 380 students. Out of these, 126 students cleared the first round and proceeded to the group discussion and face-to-face interview stages. Final results will be announced within two to three working days. The management, principal, and training and placement team congratulated the selected candidates and expressed gratitude to the recruitment team.
