The Training and Placement Cell of JCT College of Engineering and Technology conducted an On-Campus drive on 21.02.2025. Brand4Brands Company CEO and HR team conducted the interview process for our present final year students. Eligible students from the Departments of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Business Systems, Electronics and Communication Engineering attended the drive.

The Interview process began with the Welcome address by Dr. S. Manoharan, Principal. JCT College of Engineering and Technology. Pre-Placement session was conducted by Mr. Dhanasekar Thotta, CEO of Brand4Brands. HR & Talent Acquisition team from Brand4Brands briefed about the work nature and interview process. The HR Executive explained about the work culture, Work locations and different aspects of the job. Dr. V. Jethose, Director-Training and Placements delivered the vote of thanks.

410 students attended the Screening test, group discussion, Technical and HR rounds. Finally 32 students got selected and received their offer letters. The Management, Principal, Training and Placement Team congratulated the selected candidates and thanked the recruitment team.
