Department of Civil Engineering organized a conclave on “Water Management” on 21st March 2023 by Dr. Chandra Bogireddy, Principal - YNR Associates & Engineers, Andhra Pradesh. He delivered a wonderful speech about current scenario of Water usage in our country and how can we utilise and save them for future generation. On 22nd March 2023 session handled by Shri. Pravin Kolhe, Superintendent Engineer, Water Resource Department, Govt. of Maharashtra. He shared his various experiences in the Water resources field and importance of the available resources, Indian Agriculture and importance for the same.

The Final Session handled by Ms.Minu Treesa Abraham, Post Doctoral, Aachen University, Germany on 23rd March 2023, as per her view she shared a great experience of how the resources and water management can be done by using current Technologies like Analysis for type of Rocks, Climatic Conditions, Climatic Changes etc., through our Electronic Devices, All the three sessions is for our Young Engineers about various skills requirements for Civil Engineers as well as on current job openings in India. Also explained the importance of higher education, scholarships details for higher education, and the role of Civil Engineers in Water Management and the roles in saving those for future generation.

The co-ordinator Prof.K.Sivaraman shared the vote of Thanks, Prof.P.Balachandiran shared the views from our College and Event Co-ordinator Dr.V.Murugesh thanked everyone for their valuable time.
