Deparment of Civil Engineering organized a guest lecture on “Career Growth in Structural Steel Detailing Field and the uses of SDS2 Software” on 14, March 2023 by Mr.Karthik N, Assistant Project Manager, SDS2 Department, STRUTEK DESIGNS Pvt.Ltd. and Mr.Santhosh, Training Head, STRUTEK DESIGNS Pvt.Ltd. They delivered a useful speech about current scenario of usage of structural detailing and usage of SDS2 Software in future and its importance in our country and how can we upgrade a civil engineers growth. The sessions is for our Young Engineers about various skills requirements for Civil Engineers as well as on current job openings in India. Also explainedthe importance of higher education, scholarships details for higher education, and the role of Civil Engineers in Softwares and Structural Detailing. Also the event co-ordinator Dr.V.Venugopalan shared the vote of Thanks, Prof.Hari G S shared the views from our College and Event Co-ordinator Dr.V.Murugesh thanked everyone for their valuable time.
