The Department of Mechanical Engineering, JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore organized a Guest Lecture entitled “ENGINEERING MECHANICS” on 20.08.2024 for imparting fundamental knowledge on Engineering Mechanics. Dr.G.Mahesh, Professor & Head delivered the welcome address and Mr.R.Mahendran, AP/Mech invited the Chief Guest. The resource person had given an importance and significance of Engineering Mechanics. He emphasized the importance of “Engineering Mechanics” in Mechanical Engineering Subjects and the basics of mechanics. He also shared the importance of system of forces. Totally, more than 40 students and 10 faculty members attended the programme. Mr.D.AnandaKumar, AP/Mech Department of Mechanical Engineering proposed the vote of thanks.
