The Department of Mechanical Engineering, JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore organized a Seminar entitled “INDUSTRY REVOLUTION: THE FUTURE OF SMART MANUFACTURING” on 28.08.2024 for imparting fundamental knowledge on Smart Manufacturing used in Industries. Dr.G.Mahesh, HOD/Mech delivered the welcome address and Mr.M.Prabhu,AP/Mech invited the Chief Guest. The resource person explained about the importance and significance of Industry Revolution. He emphasized the importance of “The Future of Smart Manufacturing” in Mechanical Engineering. He also shared his knowledge of modern Industries. Totally, more than 60 students and 10 faculty members attended the programme. Mr. D.Ananda kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering proposed the vote of thanks.
