The Training and Placement Cell of JCT College of Engineering and Technology conducted an On Campus drive on 03.04.2025. Recruitment Team Inouora Technologies conducted the interview process for present final year students. Totally 172 Eligible students registered and 150 students attended the drive.

The Interview process began with the Welcome address by Dr. S. Manoharan, Principal. JCT College of Engineering and Technology. Pre-Placement session was conducted by the Business Development Team from Inouora Technologies and HR Team explained about the work culture, Work locations and different aspects of the job. Dr. V. Jethose, Director-Training and Placements delivered the vote of thanks.

Interview Process began with initial registration in company portal and Aptitude Screening test was conducted. 102 students cleared the aptitude round and they attended the Group Discussion Round. 22 students got shortlisted for the Final round which will be conducted in the company premises. The Management, Principal, Training and Placement Team congratulated the selected candidates and also thanked the recruitment team.
