The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and the Student’s Association at JCT College of Engineering and Technology in Coimbatore celebrated the International Day of Peace on September 21st, 2024. The celebration took place at the JCTCET Seminar Hall and included a variety of events aimed at promoting peace and awareness within the community.

Mrs.Shanthi M, Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, delivered the welcome address, acknowledging the Principal, Head of the Department, and all faculty and students present. The event aimed at the development of students and provided them with opportunities to engage in cultural and literary activities. Overall, 150 students from various departments registered and actively participated in the events.

Certificates were distributed to the winners of each event by the Principal, Dr. S. Manoharan. Following the distribution, Ms. Arokia Mary Caroline P, Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, delivered the vote of thanks. We expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Principal, the Head of the Department, and all the students for their active participation. She also acknowledged the invaluable support of the faculty members in successfully organizing the events.
