The Training and Placement Cell of JCT College of Engineering and Technology conducted an On-Campus drive on 10.10.2025. Tap Academy HR team conducted the interview process for our present final year students of All Departments.

Tap Academy (A Unit of Tap Ed Tech Private Limited) provides unlimited job opportunities, ensuring every student has access to a broad range of career paths with AR Tech Training. They support in Full Stack Web Development and DSA, Hands-On Experience with real-world projects, Industry-Relevant Skills in current technologies and best practices with Efficient On boarding process. Students will be having Various Job Roles including front end developer, back end developer, full stack developer and software engineers.

The Interview process began with the Welcome address by Dr. S. Manoharan, Principal. JCT College of Engineering and Technology. Pre-Placement session was conducted by the HR & Talent Acquisition team from Tap Academy. The HR Executive from Tap Academy explained about the company profile, Nature of work, Work locations and different aspects of the job. Dr. V. Jethose, Director-Training and Placements delivered the vote of thanks.

241 students attended the Aptitude tests and Programming rounds. Finally 15 students got the offer letter. The Management, Principal, Training and Placement Team congratulated the selected candidates and also thanked the recruitment team.
