The Department of Training and Placement organized an “On-Campus Drive” at JCT campus on 09.03.2020. Wind Care India Pvt Ltd, Gudimangalam hosted the campus drive for final year engineering students of EEE, ECE & Mechanical Engineering and polytechnic students of EEE & Mechanical students. Totally 82 students were scrutinized based on their eligibility and were invited for this campus drive.

As a result of this, our innovative “without crane technology” was developed – a technology which is used for dismantling and re-erection of Wind turbine components without the use of heavy duty crane. we have developed a STATE OF ART new technology for de-erection and re-erection of Generator, gear box, rotor unit and blade assembly “WINDCARE TECHNOLOGY”..
Dr. G. Ramesh (Principal) and Dr.V.J. Arul Karthick (Vice Principal) welcomed the HR team and the gathering. Prof.V.Jethose (Head – Training and Placement) delivered the key note address and explained the selection process. Mr. Subin S, Training and Placement Officer and Mr. D. Nethaji Kumar, Placement Officer, felicitated the HR.
The HR Executive from Windcare India Pvt. Ltd., explained about the company profile, Nature of work, Work locations and different aspects of the job.
82 students were participated in this drive. After two levels of selection process 41 students were selected, out of which 13 students were from diploma and 28 students were from engineering. The Management and the principal congratulated the selected candidates and thanked the recruitment team.
