The Women Empowerment, PoSH cell and National Service Scheme jointly organized a program on Personality Development for Interview Preparation and Anti-Drug Awareness – (For male students) & Menstrual Hygiene - PCOD, PCOS and Cervical cancer and POSH – (For female students) Sponsored by P and G for first year students on 25th February 2025 at JCT College of Engineering and Technology. Our Principal, Dr. S. Manoharan welcomed the gathering.

The resource people for the event were representatives from Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) Mr. ASHIF AHAMED.A BA., LLB, Anti-Drug Activist and Public Speaker, Harvard World Record Holder and Mrs.Pavithra Rajarathinam, Life skill & Enneagram Coach, Posh and Pocso facilitator, NLP Master Practitioner, Coimbatore. This program was really helpful for the students to be aware about the adverse effects of usage of drugs and importance of keeping menstrual hygiene and also be aware about the issues related to PCOD, PCOS.

Mrs.Vedha Vinodha.D (A.P/ ECE) was the coordinator for the event. More than 620 students both boys and girls got benefitted through this program. Finally at the end of the event P&G Company distributed personal care kits for staffs and to all the First year students.
