POOL CAMPUS DRIVE – BYJU’S – Think and Learn Pvt Ltd, Chennai

The Department of Training and Placement organized an “Pool-Campus Drive” at JCT campus on 04.09.2019. BYJU’S – Think and Learn Pvt Ltd, Chennai hosted the campus drive for final year engineering students of all branches. Totally 320 students from various colleges and JCT college were scrutinized based on their eligibility and were invited for this campus drive.

BYJU’S – Think and Learn Pvt Ltd – Think & Learn Pvt Ltd is a pioneer in the global edtech segment and the parent company of Byjus the Learning app, the largest K12 learning app in the world with over 10million downloads and 500 thousand paid customers. Byju’s the learning app provides lessons in math and science for students from grade 4 to 12 through formats such as videos, tests, quizzes, personalized learning paths and even games. There are programs also for competitive examinations like the JEE, NEET, CAT, GRE, GMAT and UPSC. The Learning App downloaded from the App store or Play store gives users FREE access to the whole course for the first few weeks after which they get restricted access to the content. Their paid product starts with a one year courses at around Rs 15,000 for each grade. They offer both online and offline options to our students/customers.

Dr. G. Ramesh (Principal) welcomed the HR team and the gathering. Dr.V.J.Arul Karthick – Vice-Principal felicitated the HR team. Mr.V.Jethose (Head – Training and Placement) delivered the key note address. Mr. D. Nethaji Kumar, Placement Officer, explained the selection process.

The HR Members from Think and Learn Pvt Ltd for recruiting briefly explained about the company profile, Nature of work, Work locations and different aspects of the job.

Totally 310 students participated in this drive. After Group Discussion 23 students were shortlisted to attend Personal Interview. Final results will be announced within 8 working days from head office. The Management and the principal congratulated the selected candidates and thanked the recruitment team.
