The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems at JCT College of Engineering and Technology organized a webinar on "Problem solving and Ideathon" on November 13, 2024. The main objective of this program is to provide students with insights into the participation in ideathons.

The workshop opened with a welcome address from Prof. K. Malarvizhi, Head of Computer Science and Business Systems, who emphasized the importance of participation in ideathons. Dr. S. Manoharan, Principal of JCT college of Engineering and Technology, delivered the keynote speech, highlighting the significance of smart India Hackathon and Ideathon in various colleges.

Dr.V.J.Arul Karthick, IQAc Director, JCT college of Engineering, Coimbatore allocated as a resource person, sharing his knowledge in ideathons. Our resource person presents how to participate and win in smart India Hackathons and idethons. The event was coordinated by Prof. J. Arun, Dept of CSBS who ensured its smooth execution and successful delivery.

The workshop was especially valuable for second, third and fourth-year students, offering practical insights and real-world applications. Faculty members from the CSBS department also participated, contributing to engaging discussions and enhancing the learning experience. Prof. J. Arun concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing deep appreciation for the speakers, organizers, and participants for their valuable contributions and efforts. The " Problem solving and Ideathon" workshop effectively equipped students with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate this dynamic field.
