The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized the SECOND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON INTELLIGENT CYBER PHYSICAL SYSTEMS AND INTERNET OF THINGS (ICOICI 2024) on 28th to 30th August 2024. Dr.B.Balraj, Professor and Head of the department, JCT College of Engineering and Technology welcomed the gathering and Dr.S.Manoharan, Principal of JCT College of Engineering and Technology delivered the presidential address. DrArnas Majumder, Professor, Environmental and Architectural Engineering, University of Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy has released the proceeding of the Conference. Prof R.Satheesh, AP/EEE, delivered the vote of thanks.

The main theme of this conference is “Towards Convergence of Intelligent Cyber-Physical Systems and Internet of Things” This concept produces synergies with the more established technologies like Internet of Things [IoT], and Cyber Physical Systems [CPS] to describe and solve many of the challenges from various fields including autonomous systems, smart grids, healthcare monitoring, industrial systems & control, robotics etc. The Second International Conference on Intelligent Cyber Physical Systems and Internet of Things [ICoICI 2024] is devoted to advanced computing and networking technologies to enable intelligent and efficient IoT and CPS.

All of the papers for our conference were submitted by people from all over the world. A total of 878 papers were received from various countries and various states in India. Out of 878, only 259 papers were accepted, from these 252manuscripts were registered for our conference. The conference acceptance rate is less than 30%. Subject experts from various reputed institutions and industries mentioned in the technical programme and review committee reviewed all of the articles.

The submitted manuscripts were verified with the crosscheck ithenticate plagiarism tool. We strictly follow the standards and regulations of the IEEE publication. At this juncture, on behalf of Conference committee and technical programme committee of the conference, I proud to say that, we will maintain the reputation and quality of the IEEE conference proceeding publications with IEEE Xplore.

The experts and the resource persons were invited who have sound knowledge in their field of Recent Technologies. Dr.S.Zulaikha Beevi, Professor and Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Prof.G.Magesh, Professor and Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering, were the Session Chair.

The Conference ended with the distribution of participant certificates with proceedings CD by Dr.S.Manoharan, Principal and Dr. Dr.B.Balraj, Professor and Head / EEE to the participants from various universities and Institutions across the World.
