Third Alumni Meet Organized by JCTCET Alumni Association on 07th April 2019

Our association brought together the alumni of the institute for the third time to JCT College of Engineering and Technology in the form of “3^rd Alumni Meet” held on April 7 2019.

The Inaugural Programme of the Alumni meet commenced at 10.00 A.M. in the seminar hall. The Grandeur Alumni meet started traditionally with the Prayer song. Prof.Dr.V.Pitchandi, Dean of Science & Humanities Department delivered Inaugural address and welcomed the entire Alumni’s. Kuthuvilaku was lighted by the dignitaries. The occasion was graced by 106 Alumni’s. Next to that Memento was given to our honorable Principal Dr.G.Ramesh by Mrs.R.Tharani, Assistant Professor of CSE department.

Our Principal Dr.G.Ramesh published the JCT Alumni magazine-3. The Presidential speech was delivered by our Principal in which he praised the success of JCT Alumni meet-3 and their contribution towards the growth of their JCT and emphasized the need for further strengthening the linkage between Alumni and our college and current students.

The Inaugural session was attended by all HOD’s, alumni coordinators of JCTCET. Prof.A.KUMAR, HOD of Civil Department highlighted the achievement of JCTCET and called for greater Alumni participation. Dr. G. Rajiv Suresh Kumar, HOD of CSE Department delivered about link between the current JCT students and alumni for their support to current students in the area of training, placement, career counselling and any other help. Dr.G.Mahesh, HOD of automobile department delivered his thoughts

Few of the Alumni shared their experience as well as interesting moments of campus life. After that, introduced short film about our college growth prepared by our civil department. The Inaugural session was followed by cultural Programme by Prof.D.Joslinvijaya, Assosciate Professor of Mechanical Department and our students. Mr.Joslinvijaya conducted music session and he was honoured by our beloved Principal with cash amount. Then function ended with vote of thanks given by Dr. R. Perumal HOD of PCE Department.
