TWO DAYS WORKSHOP ON HANDS ON TRAINING IN “PROSIMULATOR AND PILOT PLANT DISTILLATION UNITS” ORGANIZED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PETROCHEMICAL ENGINEERING,JCTCET ON 09TH & 10THJANUARY 2019

Two days workshop on hands on training in prosimulator and pilot plant distillation units was organized by the Department of Petrochemical Engineering on 09th & 10thJanuary 2019. The workshop was inagurated by Mr. P.Balachandran, Chief Manager, CPCL Nagapattinam and Dr. G. Ramesh, Principal presided over the function. Earlier the HoD Dr.R.Perumal,extended his warm welcome to the gatherings.

More than 60 students of Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering disciplines from various Engineering Colleges in Tamilnadu have participated and have had Hands on Training in prosimulator for Control & Monitoring of Process plant operaton and trouble shooting. Also had training in operation of pilot scale distillation units.

All the faculty members and Technical staff in the Department of Petrochemical Engineering have put their unsparing effort to make the event great success.
