On August 21, 2025, Entrepreneurship Development Cell and association of the Department of Petrochemical Engineering jointly organized Seminar on “World Entrepreneurs Day” in JCTCET seminar hall. Students from both the Petrochemical and Petroleum Engineering departments participated in the event. The event began with the Tamil Thai Vazhthu, followed by a welcome address from Mr.Tharick K, Final year Petrochemical Engineering student. Mr.Akash A, also a third-year student, introduced the chief guests. The main lecture was delivered by Dr.P.Veilumuthu., Senior Research Fellowship, ICMR, VIT University, Vellore.

He delivered a highly motivational keynote, linking his scientific research to entrepreneurial principles. He emphasized turning innovative ideas into viable businesses. The interactive session with students was highly engaging, providing valuable insights into the entrepreneurial journey. The event was a resounding success, inspiring the next generation of innovators. The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Mr Krishna Rajesh S and the National Anthem. The event successfully provided students with a clearer vision for their professional futures.
