12.01.2018-ON-CAMPUS DRIVE – ALPHA ASSOCIATES, COIMBATORE

The Department of Training and Placement organized an “On-Campus Drive” at JCT campus on 11.01.2018. ALPHA ASSOCIATES, Coimbatore hosted the campus drive for ECE, EEE, CIVIL and MECH students. Totally 63 students were scrutinized based on their eligibility and were invited for this campus drive.

Alpha Associates is formed by group of professionals in the field of telecommunications. Professionals having expertise in field of project planning, project management, RF and MW field and network implementation have joined hands to form a competent group. Alpha was formed in year 2007 and started operations in small scale but with vision to make it a company with single window providing all kind of services and supplies for making a cellular network operational. They offer following services: Portfolio spans all aspects of RF design, Implementation, performance engineering and optimization of second, third generation and emerging technology networks. Their engineering and business consultants are highly tenured and are seasoned professionals who employ a uniquely balanced approach to achieving coverage, capacity, cost and quality objectives for customers.

Dr. G. Ramesh (Principal) welcomed the HR team and the gathering. Prof.V.Jethose (Head – Training and Placement) delivered the key note address. Mr.Nethaji Kumar. D, Placement Officer, felicitated the HR and explained the job description.

The HR Manager from Alpha Associates, Coimbatore for recruiting briefly explained about the company profile, Nature of work, Work locations, Company expectations from fresher’s and different aspects of the job.

Totally 63 students were participated in this on campus drive. Face to face technical interview was conducted and 45 students were selected. The principal and the Management thanked the recruitment team.
