30.10.2018-ON – CAMPUS DRIVE – KINGS GROUP, BENGALURU

The Department of Training and Placement organized an “On-Campus Drive” at JCT campus on 30.10.2018. Kings Group, Bangalore hosted the campus drive for B.Tech – FOOD Technology students. Totally 25 students were scrutinized based on their eligibility and were invited for this campus drive.

Kings is quite young, vibrant and rearing to go at fifty. KINGS Group, a family owned business was founded by the Late Shri Baby John in the year 1958 as an innovative fishing company. KINGS has a long standing association with the fishermen community, working closely with the cooperatives to source the best quality seafood. The company is involved in operations of shrimp hatcheries; grow out farms, contract farming, feed distribution and all ancillary services related to aquaculture. KINGS pioneered the first scientific, integrated semi-intensive shrimp aquaculture project on a commercial scale in India.

Dr. G. Ramesh (Principal) welcomed the HR team and the gathering. Prof.V.Jethose (Head – Training and Placement) delivered the key note address. Mr.Subin Subramanian (TPO), Mr.Nethaji Kumar. D (Placement Officer) felicitated the HR.

The Recruiting members from Kings Groups, Bangalore along with the coordinators has conducted the on Campus Drive. HR presented the company profile and narrated about the job description.

Totally 25 students were participated in the Technical written Test and attended the face to face technical cum personal interview. Finally 18 students were selected. The Management and the principal thanked the recruitment team.
