20.03.2019 – Manjilas Food Pvt. Ltd., Pollachi

The Department of Training and Placement organized an “On-Campus Drive” at JCT campus on 20.03.2019. Manjilas Food Pvt. Ltd., Pollachi, hosted the campus drive for all final year Students. Totally 16 students were scrutinized based on their eligibility and were invited for this campus drive.

Manjilas is a 59 year old company which started its operations in the year 1959 and becoming the first ISO 9001:2000 certified rice processing unit. They are 350 crore company, 1500+ employees, 5+ manufacturing units processing food items(Processed) catering to South Indian FMCG market and exporting to more than 20 countries. They do 190 varieties of processed food items. They are consistently growing at the rate of 20% year on year. Today Manjilas, under the brand name of Double Horse, offers its customers a wide variety of food products with many superior types of rice and more than hundred premium quality food products in different ranges

Dr. G.Ramesh, Principal, JCT college of Engineering and Technology welcomed the HR team and the gathering. Dr. G.Ramesh, Principal JCT college of Engineering and Technology , Mr. V. Jethose HoD-Placement department, Dr. Gopi Raja, Head of the Department – Food Technology, felicitated the HR Team. HR, clearly explained about the company profile, Interview rounds, Job location and other aspects of the job.

16 students were participated in the first round of Face to Face interview. After the selection process 4 students got selected finally. The Management and Principal thanked the recruitment team and congratulated the selected candidates.
