The 7th Two Days National Level Technical Symposium ‘JFINAGLES 2020’ , organized by 9 Departments of JCT college of Engineering and Technology, was held on 27/02/2020 and 28/02/2020 at college premises .The Programme was presided by Dr G.Ramesh, Principal, JCTCET. The welcome address was given by Mr. G. DeebanChakkarawarthi, Ass.Prof/Cse and coordinator of Jfinagles.The function started with a Prayer song and the lighting of Lamp by the Dignitaries on the dias.

The Principal Dr. G. Ramesh gave the presidential address. The special address was given Dr.V.J.Arulkarthick. Introduction to chief guest was made by Miss. Beulah Christy (III FT student). Felicitation to the chief guest was honored by the delegates. The Chief Guest Dr.Madhan Kumar Srinivasan, Associate Vice President – cloud Analytics, AI Innovation center, Accenture, Bangalore who in his speech delivered his interest to the emerging Engineers to upgrade the knowledge in their own domain . He also appreciated the students for their participation in the Symposium which is to grade them a good record in their educational career.

The inaugural address was given by the chief guest. Dr .G.Ramesh, Principal, addressed the gathering with an encouraging short story to chisel the life of an individual as technocrats and not to compare with others but to have a healthy competition to compete the conquering world of opportunities.

The significance of conducting this symposium is to bring students from multiple disciplines from all over the country to communicate new knowledge and explore themselves to the new trends of Engineering and Technology. Nearly 100 colleges participated in the national symposium and 300 participants participated in the national symposium. Finally Mr.Dakshan kumar final year food technology student delivered the vote of thanks. Thus the inaugural program ended with great pleasure.
