An Eye check up camp was organized by JCT College of Engineering and Technology in association with National Service Scheme (NSS) and Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore, on February 2nd 2023 at 10.30 am. Our principal Dr. S. Manoharan welcomed and inaugurated the camp. The programme benefited the students by giving them the chance to learn more about many facts regarding eye care. They interacted with the students as well as the staffs about the importance of routine eye care check up. This event's goal was to educate students and staff members about eye disorders, how to spot them early, and how to check for refractive errors and other eye problems. The students also queried their doubts and the doctors answered them. Referral sheets were provided to those who had eye issues that required further medical care. More than 400 Students and Staffs were benefited by this one day camp.
