An ENSAV club of JCT college of Engineering and Technology has Participated in “UN SDG GOALS 713 CONFERENCE” organized by IGEN on 14.05.2022 through virtual platform.

Dr.K.Geetha (Dean, Academics and Research) delivered the welcome address. She briefed the events conducted by JCTCET ENSAV club and encourages students to conduct various energy conservation programmes in and around campus to achieve SDG goals. She motivated the students to develop projects regarding climate change and also insisted them to create awareness about UN- SDG goals among public and friends.

Students from various department have promoted the importance of UN SDG goals of Affordable and clean energy (Goal-7) and Climate action(Goal-13) through various activities like TED Talk, Animation Video, Slide bean Drawing Innovation towards Sustainability.

Mr.S.Umar Muktar (Assistant professor/EEE) delivered Vote of thanks. He thanked our IGEN Coordinators, principal, HoD, and Students for attending the conference and our faculty members for their extended support for organizing this event successfully. A total of 62 students attended the conference. The presentation was effective and students were benefited largely.
