Women Empowerment and Prevention of sexual harassment (PoSH) cell has organized a Motivational speech program on “Cultivating a Positive Attitude of Growth – for Young Women” on 26-11-24 by 03.00 p.m at JCT college of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore. Welcome address was given by Ms.Bhuvanika.M, (III Year- AIDS). The Key speaker of the event was Dr.Manoharan.S, Principal, JCTCET and in his speech he motivated girl students to lean into their careers and leadership roles, and to stand up for themselves and each other. He also mentioned that girls must be confident, ambitious, and to never stop trying. This motivational programme was very helpful to the students. Nearly 105 girl students participated and got benefited through this program. Finally Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms.ReddyGari Chethana, (IV Year- ECE) and the programme ended successfully.
