From 12/08/2024 to 17/08/2024 in JCTCL, SEMINAR HALL.

Welcome address was given by Dr S. Kavitha, Professor and Head, Departmen Petrochemical Technology. Session 1 presented by Dr S. Manoharan, Principal-JCTCP shared presidential address and shared details about "the Institution & Autonomoa, Functions". Followed by Session 2 presented by Dr. P. Ramachandran, Professor & Head Department of Petroleum Engineering shared details about "Institutional Policy, HK Policy and Benefits" After the lunch break afternoon session was presented Dr. V. J. Arulkarthik, Professor and Head, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Director/IQAC, shared his lecture in the topic "Outcome Based Education" and "CO- Mapping and Attainments". Day 1 session ended

Day 2 – 13/08/2024 Day 2 session 1 chief guest introduction was given by Ms. A. Monica Silvenu, Assistant Professor, Department of Petrochemical Technology, session I wa presented by Dr. M. R. Vanithamani, Principal, Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraj College, in the topic "Psychology of Gen Z Students". Through the session faculties had eye opening session and gained knowledge to handle 2 K kid. Session 2 was presented by Dr. V. Jethose., Professor and Head, AIDS, an.. Director/T&P in the topic "Training & Placement: How to prepare Students". After the lunch break session 3 was presented by Dr. S. Kavitha., Professor and Head, Department of Petrochemical Technology., in the topic "Incubation, Start- up & Entreprenurship". Followed by session 4 was presented by Dr.G. Magesh Professor and Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering, in the topic "NIRI IIC, NBA & NAAC Criterias". Day 2 session ended successfully.

Day 3 – 14/08/2024 Day 3 session 1 chief guest introduction was given by Ms M. Sowatharya, Assistant Professor, Department of Petrochemical Technology, session 1 was presented by Dr. V. Evelyn Brindha, Professor, karunya University, in the topic "Innovations Teaching and Learning". Through the session all faculties learned various tools 11 teaching and gained knowledge about innovative teaching aids. After the lunch br Session 2 was presented by Dr. Shilpa Terance in the topic "Positive Attitude, Psychology. Stress and Time Management for the Faculty". Through the session all faculties learned about how to manage the time and how to handle the stress. Followed by session 3 wes presented by Dr V. Murugesh Head, Department of Civil Engineering under the topic "Examinations and Procedures". Day 3 session ended successfully.

DAY 4 16/08/2024 Day 4 session was started and the session I was presented by Prof K. Malarvizhi, Professor and Head, Department of Computer Science and Business system, in the topic "Functions of cells and Committee in JCT". Session 2 was presented by Dr. G. Magesh., Professor and Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering, in topic "Hands on Training Session on Enterprise Resource Planning Processes". Ather th lunch break session 3 was presented by Dr B. Balraj, Professor and Head, Departa ant Electrical and Electronics Engineering, in the topic "Faculty Performance, App-ais Promotions and research targets". Followed by session 4 was presented by Dr. V. Juhos Professor and Head, AIDS, and Director/T&P, in the topic "Roles and Responsibilities of the faculty". At last, the Vote of thanks was given Mr. K.
