The first remarkable graduation day of JCT college of Engineering and Technology is proudly held on 11/05/2014 for the passed out students at the college auditorium, Pichanur, Coimbatore. This auspicious convocation ceremony was presided by the Chairman Shri. S.A Subramanian. College Trustee Thiru.O.M. Manivelu, all department HODs, faculty and non teaching staff have added their valuable presence. The Principal Dr.G.Ramesh welcomed the gathering.

The function commenced with academic procession walking into the auditorium. This followed by the convocation address delivered by the Chief Guest Dr.K.Ramasamy, Vice–Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. In his address he conveyed “Fifty five crore of the youngsters below 25 are living in India and India has lot of technocrats”. He further stated “grandaunts should have three compartments for the empowerment in life-What do you want to be, what is your requirement and What is missing in the past”. He advised the graduates to enrich mental strength and analytical strength to excel in the world of knowledge and also insisted them to implement the graduates’ decisions. On the other hand, he referred the book titled “Learn from India by Max Muller, the German philosopher and quoted some noted thoughts of Max Muller.

He distributed the degrees to 142 young graduates and also eight rank holders among them were honored. A lot parent of the young graduates attended the ceremony. The ceremony ended with vote of thanks.
