Inauguration Of Red Ribbon Club

CT College of Engineering and Technology organized Red Ribbon club programme on 19th September 2018 for the first year students. It was held at the college seminar Hall from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Chief Guest Mr. RVM Kumanan MSW., BL.,.Mr. Somesh , Coimbatore Network of positive People, Dr.G. Ramesh, Principal, JCTCET were on the stage.

The function started with the traditional Tamilthai vazhththu. Principal of the college Dr.G. Ramesh welcomed the gathering. Chief Guest Guest Mr. RVM Kumanan MSW., BL., delivered the special address and attended by over 150 students. He spoke on HIV/AIDS prevention, care, support and treatment carried out at the various prevention centers in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu and . The session was followed with queries answered by the Resource personnel. The programme was concluded with a call for membership of students and end with singing of the National Anthem.
