The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized a Industrial visit to “Able Electronic Services”, Coimbatore, on Monday, 05th March 2018. Students of II year and III year Electrical and Electronics Engineering and two faculties visited Industry. The Managing Director explains to understand current market scenarios, latest most demanding technologies & criteria for selection etc.
Able Electronic Services was established in the year 2001. In the inception the product range consisted of Servo Stabilizers, LT Trasformers, CVT & UPS, now we have expanded into manufacturing & distribution company producing an array power conditioning products line consisting of Stabilizers and Servo Stabilizers (Both Air Cooled & Oil Cooled), Transformers (Upto 500 KVA), Isolation transformers, Solar Products, Uninterrupted Power Supply (online, line interactive UPS & Dual UPS), Inverters, K Rated transformers, Auto transformers, APFC Panel & Harmonic Filters.
The Technical Head of Able Electronic Services. Conducted very informative session for the students. Also he motivated to the students to select their domain and area of interest. He also guided the students to select the areas like Servo Stabilizers, LT Transformers, CVT & UPS etc. and its importance in the current Status. Finally he gave a brief introduction of Able Electronic to the students.
The session was concluded with Question- Answer session. Many of the students asked different questions to the Technical Head on current demanding technologies, market scenarios etc. and he cleared all the doubt and myths which was in students mind about the technologies and Service sector. All students were satisfied after the session.
