JFINAGLES – TAKSHAK 2K19 NATIONAL LEVEL TECHNICAL SYMPOSIUM ORGANIZED BY DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING ON 11TH AND 12TH MARCH 2019

On March 11th and 12th 2019 a National Level Technical Symposium was conducted at JCT College of Engineering and Technology. The event was hosted by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of JCT CET.

The event started with the flag hosting by the chief quest Mr.S.James,Executive-HR,Windcare India Pvt Ltd,Gudimangalam followed by the formal inaugural function at 10:00 am in JCT Seminar Hall.Chief guest of the function Mr.S.James,Executive-HR,Windcare India Pvt Ltd,Gudimangalam,Dr.G.Ramesh,Principal,Dr.V.J.Arulkarthick,Professor and Head/ECE, and Mr.S.Renswick Association Coordinator were present on the Dias.

The function started with Tamil Thai Vazhthu followed by lighting of Kuthu Vilakku. Dr.V.J.Arulkarthick, Professor and Head/ECE welcomed the gathering. The magazine “CHIPS AND BITS” was released by the Chief quest.Dr.G.Ramesh, Principal gave the Presidential address and honoured the chief quest with a Bouquest and Memento.The chief quest was introduced to the gathering by Ms.Nikita of third year ECE. Mr.S.James, Executive-HR, Windcare India Pvt Ltd, Gudimangalam gave the inaugural address.Vote of thanks given by Mr.Shahul of final year ECE and Finally the inaugural function ended with National Anthem followed by refreshment.

The events were conducted at various locations in department of ECE and Seminar Hall. Totally more than 100 students from different colleges like PSG college of Technology, SNS College of Technology, Anna university nagercoil, Ramco Institute of Technology Rajapalayam, Shri Eshwar College of Engineering etc., have participated in the event.

Totally 20 different selected papers were presented by 40 students from various engineering colleges across the country during the paper presentation held at JCT Seminar Hall. The session was chaired by Dr.M.Jayaprakash, Professor/EEE and Dr.V.J Arulkarthick, Professor and Head/ECE .Participants were presented with participation certificates. Best papers were awarded with cash Prize and Certificates and their details were given below.
