On February 10, 2023, the Department of Food Technology at JCT College of Engineering and Technology organized a vibrant celebration in honor of Pulses Day. The event took place at the Baking Confectionary Laboratory, where students, faculty, and guests gathered to recognize the significance of pulses in our diets and food systems.The event fostered awareness about the role of pulses in promoting health, sustainability, and culinary diversity.
