SCIENCE DAY CELEBRATION-TALENT MINDS AT JCTCET ORGANIZED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND HUMANITIES ON 28TH FEBRUARY 2018

Science Day has been celebrated on 28, February 2018 by the Department of Science and Humanities at JCTCET. In this Special Occasion, Dr.A.Vanitha, Associate Professor, GCT, Coimbatore has delivered a talk on Semiconductor and its application, Nanotechnology and career guidance. She has explained to the students for question raised by Students. From the Chief Guest’s Speech, Edwer Teller quote become true as “Science of today is Technology of Tomorrow” and Students are tuned to think about the values of Science and Technology.

In the remembrance day of the greatest Scientist, Sir. C.V. Raman , Students from First Year have participated in all events like Pencil Drawing, Quiz and Paper presentation. Participants of this science day have been motivated by the Principal after giving a brief talk on Science and Technology. The Science Day Celebration has been started with lighting the lamb and giving shawl to the chief Guest. The welcome address has been given by the HOD, Dr.M.S.Balamurugan. The Presidential address of the program is given by Dr.N.Priyadharsini, Ap/Physics. Finally, Vote of Thank is given by Mrs. B.Suganya, Ap/Physics.
