On 31st August 2023, Entrepreneurship Development Cell coordinator Prof.B.Parthiban, Assistant Professor, Department of Petrochemical Engineering organized the Seminar on “Startup Creative Intellectual Property Rights” in JCTCET Seminar hall. Event started with Tamil Thai Vazhthu. Welcome address was given by Prof.Ms.A.Monica Silvenas, Assistant Professor, Department of Petrochemical Engineering. The Presidential address was given by Dr.S.Manoharan, Principal, JCTCET. Chief Guest introduction was given by Ms.Santhiya, Final year, Food Technology. A seminar on “Startup Creative Intellectual Property Rights” given by the chief guest Mr. Jothi Murugan Proprietor of an IPR, Firm “INVENIRE”, Coimbatore. During the seminar students gained valuable knowledge about invention, innovation, starting a business, and applying for a patent through intellectual property rights. Finally vote of thanks was given by Prof.D.Arul Ganapathy, Assistant Professor, Department of civil Engineering. The event ended with National Anthem.
