The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, organised a programme entitled "Intra-Institutional Innovation Competition", in association with JCT CET IIC and CSI Coimbatore Chapter, on February 25, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the JCTCET Research Laboratory.

The inauguration started with Thamizhthai vazhthu, and Dr. G. Rajiv Suresh Kumar, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, welcomed the gathering. Dr. S. Manoharan, Principal, JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, gave the felicitation and key note address.

75 students from 10 departments participated, and 25 project models were presented in this competition. Dr.S. Manoharan, Principal, Dr.K. Geetha, Dean Academics, Dr.G. Mahesh, HoD, Mechanical Department, Dr.P. Balamurugan, HoD, Food Technology, and Dr.V. Murugesh, HoD, Civil Department, were present and took part as judges for this competition, and they gave valuable suggestions and encouraged and motivated the students about how to develop their ideas and how they can be implemented and to develop prototypes.

Mr. K. Rajkumar Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, proposed the vote thanks. The function ended with the National Anthem.
