A Webinar on "Women Entrepreneurship -Problems with Solutions" was held on 03.09.2022 at 11.00 am onwards by the Women Empowerment & Prevention of sexual Harassment (POSH) at JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore.

Miss.Kavyalakshmi, Assistant Professor of EEE Department welcomed the Chief Guest and the participants. Introduction of Chief Guest was given by Miss.Fenisha Princess of IV Year ECE Department .The Chief Guest of the function was Mrs.S.Barathi, M.E (CAD/CAM) Manager (Technical), Central Institute of Petrochemical Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Mysuru.

In her speech she gave the valuable information on the topic “Women Entrepreneurship- Problems with solutions and also she shared about the challenges faced by Women Entrepreneurs, Scarcity of Financial resources, Juggling between family and business, Struggle in a male dominant industry and fear of failure.

At the end of the speech 107 girl students and female faculty members gained the knowledge regarding the Women entrepreneurship and had an interaction with the chief guest.

Finally, the vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs.I.Nancy Nisha, Assistant Professor of S&H Department and the programme came to an end.
