On 16th February 2024, Department of Petrochemical Engineering organized the workshop on “Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behaviour Development” in JCTCET seminar hall. Third Year Students from various department participated in the event. Event started with Tamil Thai Vazhthu. Welcome address was given by Mr. Micheal Subin D, Third Year, Petrochemical Engineering. The Presidential address was given by Dr.S.Manoharan, Principal, JCTCET. Chief Guest Introduction was given by Mr. Mark Sandler X, Third Year, Petrochemical Engineering. A lecture on “Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behaviour Development” was given by the chief guest Mrs.Saranya Manoharan, Founder of YIDAMM ORGANIC, Vellakoil, Tiruppur District. Through the lecture, students learned about unique startup ideas, innovative concepts that have been successful in the marketplace and skills to be developed for an Entrepreneur. They also learned how to apply for state and federal funding for start-up businesses. Vote of thanks was given by Mr.Jhishnu C, Third Year, Petrochemical Engineering. The program ended with National Anthem.
